Schedule changes

Coming to a class on time is very important for all ages. Walking into a class 5 or 10 minutes late is disruptive and unfair to the class and your child learning process. We would like all students to come 10 minutes before the class so the students are prepared for class and they learn from you the most important lesson “to be on time”. Absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class, If you are unable come to the class because your daughter or son is sick or unwell please email or call us at 403 226-8874. If you fail to inform the school we will note this as an unexcused absence. After more than 3 unexcused absences the instructor reserves the right to rearrange the routine, shifting dancers out of a specific dance positions if necessary. The School reserves the rights to suspend any student with more than six unexcused absences within four month. If a student is suspended there will be no refund for the tuition and any other payments or missed classes. Due to the high standards of the ballet classes, regular attendance is mandatory.
We at the Starchevski School of Ballet thank you to all parents and guardians for understanding and support in this matter.
If a dancer‘s absences occur at pivotal times, such as close to performance time, the instructor reserve the right to remove the dancer from a particular performance.
